What file formats do you accept for print?
We accept high-resolution PDFs, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-quality JPEG/PNG files (300 dpi or higher). For best results, please provide vector files for logos and illustrations.
Can you design for both print and digital?
Absolutely. We create print-ready files (CMYK, high resolution) and web-optimized versions (RGB, lower file size) so your assets look great everywhere.
How long does framing take?
Standard framing completion is 5–7 business days once we receive your artwork. Rush framing (2–3 days) is available upon request.
